Delivery and returns information

All the pieces by 6HERENCIAS are made to order, by hand for our master tailor and artisans. Please allow 15-21 working days for shipment. We ship all orders through registered, recorded delivery, and we are happy to help with any urgent delivery requests.


For all pieces are made to order, please allow 15-21 working days to craft your piece efore your order can be shipped. Then allow 3-5 days for international shipment.

We ship all orders with DHL, for the shipping around Colombia the orders are also with interrapidisimo. We will happy to help with any urgent delivery requests. (Please let us know if you need an expedited order, we will try our best to accommodate)

International orders outside of Colombia may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them.

The Pre-orders inside Colombia spends 10 or 15 days and if it is available 3 or 7 days.
The international pre- orders spend 15 or 21 days and if it is available 7 or 14 days.

We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order.


We regrettably do not accept returns on any made to order pieces. In our company’s effort to limit our footprint and to fullfil to our ZERO WASTE commitment, we carry NO INVENTORY. For this reason, all the pieces are specially made in the size that you choose, in the style that you choose. Thus, we may not accept returns.

For all pieces that are AVAILABLE for shipping (not made to order), in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery or offer store credit.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned: with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition; securely wrapped at your risk and cost.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the item in question is faulty.
In the case the goods are faulty: you must inform us by email to including all details of the order and defect or other reason for return.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.
